「満席」の枠を選ぶと、定員で受付を断る様子をご確認いただけます。同じ内容を 10 分以内にもう一度送ると、同じ受付番号が返ります。空のまま送ると、足りない欄をお知らせします。

This demo runs the actual Form Intake GAS Kit

The reference number, sheet row, notification, auto-reply, and rejection messages are produced by running the kit’s own src/ functions right on this page. The hidden-field spam trap, blocking of duplicate submissions within 10 minutes, and per-slot capacity also work exactly as in the kit. In the kit, the same functions receive submissions as a Google web app.

Setup time

About 20 minutes to paste the code into a spreadsheet, initialize it, and publish it as a web app. Google shows a warning screen (“Google hasn’t verified this app”) twice along the way. That’s expected for a script you pasted yourself, and the guide walks you through it using the exact on-screen wording. No monthly fees.

When free tools are enough, and when this kit fits

Free tools may be enough

If the Google Forms look is fine for your formGoogle Forms + Email Notifications for Google Forms — Adds confirmation emails and Slack or Discord notifications. The add-on’s free version is limited to 20 responses a day.
If you need file attachments or CAPTCHA and use WordPressContact Form 7 (WordPress plugin) — Free. Supports auto-replies, reCAPTCHA, and file attachments. This kit can’t accept file attachments.

This kit is a good fit
